We know about the smart, rich, Huguenot Master Silk Weavers. But there were also the poor, hardworking journeymen weavers. Hear some fascinating facts on the appalling conditions that these ordinary weavers lived, worked and died in; most of them, about 20,000, living in Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Shoreditch and north Spitalfields. They were mostly French or of French ancestry.
